AESC attributes our excellence in patient care and tremendous success in ensuring patient satisfaction, positive surgical outcomes to the collaborative efforts of our outstanding Surgeons, AESC surgical team, and the Asheville Eye Associates clinicians. Proudly, our patient results speak volumes to a job well done in that our patients have rated a 99% satisfaction rating for their “Overall Surgical Experience” while in our facility.

In addition, our “WOW” program recognizes individuals for actions that exhibit outstanding performance and customer service. Results are tracked and trended for positive outcomes, reported, and displayed. Our overall goal is to inspire our team to always enhance our patient’s experience while also creating a “WOW” place to work. We are really excited with the results of this program!
